The Breaking Through Walls Process
Tonight's program was focused on Chris Dudley, Republican candidate for Governor.
Prior
to Chris Dudley's arrival at the KXL studio, Brian Bushlach and I
discussed the five steps of my Breaking Through Walls process, as they
apply to Chris Dudley's campaign to become Oregon's next Governor:
- State your goal.
- Describe the nature of the wall that stands in your way.
- Make a plan to break through the wall. For each step, include a
deliverable, a due date and the name of the person responsible for
completing that step.
- Execute your plan. It's easy to plan. It's much harder to actually do the work, to execute.
- Celebrate your success.
