Breaking Through Walls, a Business Novel

A Story of Achieving Uncommon Success

Most business books are more like overgrown white papers.  Breaking Through Walls is different.  This book is a "business novel."  It tells a compelling story of incredible challenges.

Breaking Through Walls is deceptively short.  There are volumes of real-world feelings, problems and solutions packed into a book of just over 100 pages.

The Plot

Joe Wilson has a problem.  He is about to be fired.  He is a regional sales manager for a software company.  The fiscal year will end in thirty days, and Joe's sales team is way behind.  Joe's boss berated him publicly, warning that he will fire Joe and his team if they don't get their sales up by the end of the year.

Two members of Joe's regional sales team are rooting for him.  Two aren't.  One is even a spy, looking for anything he can to bury Joe.

Joe has hit a wall.  He has the same two choices we all have:
  • Option A:  Give up.  Resign or be fired.  Find another job somewhere else.
  • Option B:  Stand tall.  Analyze the wall.  Find a way to break through, and claim the prize on the other side.

Joe chooses Option B.  Join Joe on his journey.  See the Breaking Through Walls process in action, step by step.  Experience Joe's failures and his successes.  You'll enjoy the trip.

"...it was at the top of the chart in all areas.  In fact, I was amazed and inspired at the same time."

"I received a copy in the mail at work the next day, glanced through it briefly and brought it home.  When I got home I ended up laying on my couch and read the entire book from cover to cover.  I must say I thought the book was great.  It was short and sweet and got right to the point.  The book helped me put a new perspective for things.  I can't say that I've actually tried to follow the 5 steps yet, but I feel like I do know what obstacles that may face me and what walls that I may have to break through...I plan to keep it in my sights and refer back to it.  I've already told many of the people around me and they think I'm crazy. (They know I dont read.)  I've challenged them to pick a copy up or read my copy.  I feel that they also could get alot out of it."

John K.

"I finished reading your book.  I thought it was its great!  The story line held my interest.  I liked how you were able to quickly make your points while moving through the story.  The worksheet is good - it gave me something to work with after reading the story."
